Observing our Speed Limits

Our children are precious to all of us and we do not have any to spare.  Please observe all speed limits in the complex.  Failure to follow the rules will result in stiff fines.

Holiday Parking

In order for your family and guest to have a great experience while visiting us at the Hampton Club, please remind them to park in the visitor lots only.  Lot A or Lot B.  Any visitor caught parking in any other areas will be subjet to being towed and or booted.  Please remember that the towing fee is $125 (plus daily storage fees) and the boot fee is $75 payable in cash.  Do not let this ruin your holiday.  Signs are clearly visible.

Christmas Trees/Decorations/Garbage

All Christmas Trees should be placed next to the dumpster by building 12 or building 1.  Trees must never be placed in the dumpsters.  If you have placed a holiday decoration on your front door please remove it no later than January 15, 2010.  Due to the holiday we will miss a garbage pick up.  Please make sure that you place all garbage in the dumpsters.  If a dumpster is full please move on to the next dumpster.  Do not throw the garbage on the ground.  Break up all boxes to conserve space.

Going on a vacation is often a joy, but when it comes to planning, all that research can feel like work. Skip the worry over whether you're choosing the right restaurants and hotels and consider an all-inclusive vacation, instead.
