Any unit purchased after August 6, 2001 must be occupied by the Owner. These Units may not be rented and occupied by a Tenant
All lessees within the community are required to complete a Tenant Agreement Form annually. The Tenant Agreement Form provides
information confirming ownership and tenancy. This information provides a means of identifying and contacting residents in
emergency situations. If an owner leases his or her unit, a copy of the current lease must accompany the Tenant Form. All
leases must be for an initial period of one year or more and must require the Lessee to comply with the Governing Documents.
Leases must be for the entire unit; they may not be for a portion of the unit.
All forms must be received no later than December 31 of each year.
When a Unit is leased, each Unit Owner will be assessed an administrative charge of $100.00 or such other amount as may be
set by the Board from time to time. There shall be additional assessment of $25.00 for each lease renewal. The collection
of this fee can be enforced by the Board in the same manner as the Board is entitled to enforce collection of assessments
in the governing documents of the Association.
All lease renewal fees of $25.00 are due no later than December 31 of each year. Each administrative fee $100.00 is due
prior to tenant moving in.
